Recently, Telecom Administration Bureau of Ministry of Information Industry, Jiangsu Office of Information Industry and Jiangsu Communication Administration Bureau signed a cooperation pact. According to this pact, Nanjing's software enterprises and outsourcing enterprises will soon have access to information highway, making the issue of slow connection speed a history.

With easy access of information highway, Nanjing will attract more international and Chinese software and outsourcing enterprises in the future, which lays a solid foundation for making the city into a service outsourcing base with international fame.

For the time being, Nanjing only has two digital wideband of 155 megabit, later, the number will increase to six. With these six "traffic lane", internet speed will surely be greatly enhanced.

These four communication lines, serving international communication only, starts at Shanghai and connects directly to Japan, and countries in Europe and America, passing through Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou.
