NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a provider of financial transaction processing solutions in the US, has extended its existing outsourcing contract with Accenture until 2018.

The existing contract, signed in 2005, was for ten years but has now been extended by a further three years. It covers the provision of software development and software support services related to NWP's customer care and billing information functions.

Accenture will continue to provide NWP with technology services including software development and support, batch and production infrastructure operations, systems performance and tuning and Web development.
