Symphony House Berhad becomes 1st Malaysian BPO company on IAOP's "The 2008 Global Outsourcing 100" list

Kuala Lumpur – Symphony House Berhad is pleased to announce its inclusion in The 2008 Global Outsourcing 100 list. Published by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), the list honours both industry leaders and rising stars that have proven their mettle in the outsourcing industry.

Symphony, one of Asia’s leading Outsourcing partner is proud of its inclusion for the first time on to the revered list. In last year’s Global Outsourcing 100 list, its subsidiary, Symphony BPO (previously known as Vsource Asia) received an Honourable Mention.

The 2008 Global Outsourcing 100 recognises the world’s best outsourcing service providers and is based on applications received and evaluated by an independent judge’s panel. In the list, companies were judged based on four critical characteristics: size and growth; customer references; organisational competencies; and management capabilities.
