Recently, NOVA was granted the first batch of IP-VPN service license by the Ministry of Information Industry (MII).  Telecom business is divided into two parts as basic and valued-added telecommunications services.  So far, only the IP-VPN licensees can operate IP-VPN services in China, except the six telecom operators.  Being one of the first two IP-VPN licensees in China, NOVA has demonstrated her strength and capabilities to the China's IP-VPN market.
