The opening ceremony of the Fourth Global Sourcing Summit is held in Xi'an, the capital city of China's Northwestern province of Shaanxi, on November 9, 2007.

Officials from the China Ministry of Information Industry (MII), Ministry of Commerce (Dept. of Foreign Investment Administration, Dept. of Trade in Services) and Shaanxi Provincial Government participated in this ceremony.

Global customers and service providers invited to this summit discussed the evolution of China's service sourcing market and its development for the future.
