Chinasourcing was founded in February 2007 by Haitao Qi and 4 Chinese friends. Chinasourcing started with only 3 employees in a small office in TEDA, Tianjin, and was focusing on their core products ¨C the web portal and domestic provider and government relations during the beginning phase.
In September 2008, Guido Greber joined the management team of Chinasourcing as Chief Strategy Officer, after Haitao Qi decided to modify it business plan and model for approaching international business from Europe and the U.S.
End of 2007 Chinasourcing had to move into a new facility as it workforce has reached 20 employees. Soon, after our relocation into our new office, Chinasourcing started to enhance his network globally, pledged business partners and agents in Australia, Africa, Latin America, USA, Canada, Germany, India, U.K, Italy and Switzerland, and implemented new services for offshore service outsourcing buyers.
By September 2008, Chinasourcing has over Chinese 50 employees and on the way, to be the first Chinese sourcing advisory firm in China, with the official web portal for the Industry and a B2B-Platform for Buyers and Service Providers.
