The history of Devott could be traced back to almost 20 years ago, while the six founders of the company were in the university and become good friends. For the following days and years, they know that there would be an opportunity for them to create they own kingdom of business in the world, and, it finally came in the autumn of 2006 – when the Ministry of Commerce of China released the 1000-100-10 project to encourage the development of service outsourcing industry. And that is how the Chinasourcing website (www.chnsourcing.com) and Devott Co., Ltd. were established.
So why didn’t they chose to be the industry service institute rather than an outsourcing provider which supposed to be a much more easy way since all of them have accumulated enough commercial and industrial experiences and resources for years? The only reason for that is they have found an industry chain vacancy to complete – that is the intermediary and third party service provider for the whole outsourcing industry. In order to promote the whole competitiveness of China’s outsourcing service providers in the global market, we could see the Devott company and what we do today.
Now, with two years of fast development, Devott company has grown from just 8 people including founders to a team of over 35 employee in the headquarters in TEDA and 8 representative offices around the world. But this is surely just a start, we are moving ahead!

Feb. 15, 2007 – Company established in TEDA of Binhai New Area
Mar. 8, 2007 – Chinasourcing website (www.chnsourcing.com) officially published
Sep. 10, 2007 – Listed in Report on Development of China’s Outsourcing for 2007 as the only portal website and one of the five industry service institutes in China
Mar. 8, 2008 – The first Chinasourcing – Top 50 Service Outsourcing Providers in China list and white paper released
Dec. 2, 2008 – Forecasts and Suggestions on China’s Service Outsourcing Industry 2009 published to the public
Feb. 16, 2009 – Company name formally changed from Chinasourcing Co., Ltd. to Devott Co., Ltd.
Mar. 8, 2009 – The Chinasourcing – Top 50 Service Outsourcing Providers in China 2008 list and white paper released
