May 16, 2011, final list of the third “TOP 10 Service Outsourcing Parks in China, 2010 (TOP10)” by Chinasourcing publishes officially, together with “White Paper of TOP 10 Service Outsourcing Parks in China, 2010”.
The third TOP10 Selection launched at November 9, 2010. TOP10 opened the special online voting zone in Chinasourcing firstly, which gets much attention and participation from entire industry. Till April 1, 2011, there are 14 thousand votes online. Ningbo Software and Services Park, Huaqiao International Service Business Park, and Changshu Southeast Economic Development Zone got 977 votes, 917 votes and 735 votes of each in results among the top three.
TOP10 2010 evaluates by service outsourcing parks competitiveness evaluation “Pyramid Model”, which is one of the core researches of Devott.
