We are Oregon; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Web Design and Hosting Service.
[A] Scope of Service:
1) Converting the current site to content based management system for the staff to use for updating the site (currently using Dreamweaver).
2) Contractor needs to provide extranet development, site upgrades including redesign and implementation and modifications and web hosting services.
3) Identify possible evaluation procedures of the websites, and implement the procedures.
4) Ensure that the design and all computer codes utilized in the design enable merging between content and approved design.
5) Ensure that all links and other operational functions currently on the site continue to work.
6) Contract will be for the period of 4 year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises within USA.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: The Department has currently budgeted $50,000 for the first year (to include the new website design) and up to $33,000 for each of three one-year renewals periods.
