We are District of Columbia; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider Inbound Mail Operations Support.
[A] Scope of Service:
1) X-Ray all inbound letters, flats, parcels, and other material entering the mail operation system upon receipt.
2) All inbound applicant mail documents are to be scanned.
3) Open mail and stamp with date and time of receipt.
4) Translate non-English correspondence to English, and scan the English translation and associated correspondence as one document.
5) Associate a document separator/identifier with each document/batch.
6) Import scanned documents into database using an import application.
7) Import fax documents into database using an import application.
8) Maintain a capability to process a minimum monthly volume of 100,000 images of inbound mail.
9) Maintain a capability to QC/review a minimum monthly volume of 100,000 fax images of inbound mail.
10) Maintain a capability to process a minimum monthly translation volume of 1,000 inbound mail/fax/e-correspondence documents.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises.
