outsourcing industry:
After 3 months of evaluation, the first Chinasourcing - 2007
Top 50 Service Outsourcing Providers in China selecting has
settled. The final list and relevant information would be
published in the main body of this book – "TOP 50".
Following the great global transfer of manufacturing in last
century, service outsourcing, especially offshore outsourcing
has grown into an overwhelming new-round global industrial
revolution and transfer trend. As the main current of the global
economic development, service outsourcing and offshoring is
becoming more and more important for MNCs to conduct global
distribution strategy, compete with rivals and promote the international competence. 95% of the
World Top 1000 companies (Fortune) have made their offshore strategy. And averagely 5 -10
companies are doing on-the-spot investigation in potential offshore destinations every week.
Such a global current gives China both historical opportunity and challenge. To further promote the
development of China’s service outsourcing industry, from 2008, Chinasourcing
(www.chnsourcing.com) would annually publish a Chinasourcing - 2007 Top 50 Service Outsourcing Providers in China list in worldwide and so as to present the most powerful and influential service
outsourcing companies in the spotlight. Using its influences and rich industrial resources,
Chinasourcing is trying every effort to build and promote the brand of China Outsourcing, establish
a favorable image of Chinese service providers as a whole in the global outsourcing market and
thus to create a lager space with more business opportunities for the Chinese companies capable of
playing on the international stage.
During the whole process from company searching to list unveiling, we are glad to see that many
outsourcing companies and industry organizations and associations are working hard in their own
way to promote the development of China's outsourcing industry. And hereon, as the portal

We believe that companies on Top 50 list represent the top level of China's outsourcing industry,
but we also believe that there are more companies in China at the same level. We are looking
