Founded in 1998, CDG's investors include CDH, iD Tech Ventures, Investor AB and Cargill Inc. CDG is currently managed by former senior executives from leading financial services institutions and global professional service firms. As the largest financial services BPO provider in China, CDG serves its clients out of the five delivery centers in Beijing, Shanghai,Guangzhou and Kunshan. The headcount is expected to reach 5,000 by the end of 2008.

CDG is dedicated to providing a one-stop back office BPO services to the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sectors, and our clients include more than 30 leading banks, insurance companies and check clearance houses both from home and abroad.

With its nationwide facilities network with service hubs in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Tianjin, CDG is able to provide its clients with responsive and seamless services both onsite and offsite. CDG is the only domestic BPO provider awarded ISO 9001 2000, ISO 27001 and CMMI3 certification in China. The core business processing system is the first passed the data security test of the Computer Security and Test Center of the Ministry of Information Industry, and CDG is the first and only domestic BPO provider to have received the "Distinguished BPO Provider Award" for four years in a row from the Ministry of Commerce.
